By using VayPath, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Accounts And Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
• Use VayPath only for lawful personal or business travel planning.
• Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Only upload documents, notes, images, and travel information that you have the right to use.

Travel Planning Disclaimer

VayPath helps organize travel ideas, routes, budgets, flights, documents, and group plans. It does not replace official travel providers, airlines, hotels, transport operators, governments, or safety authorities.

You are responsible for confirming bookings, prices, schedules, entry requirements, safety information, and all travel decisions.

VayPath Pro And Payments

• VayPath Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported store.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trial handling are managed by the store where you purchased the subscription.
• You can cancel renewal through your store account settings. Deleting the app or your VayPath account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
• Pro features may change as VayPath evolves, but active subscribers will keep access to the paid feature set available for their plan while their subscription is active.

Your Content

• Your trip plans, places, notes, documents, budgets, flights, and group planning data remain yours.
• You give VayPath permission to host, process, display, and share your content only as needed to provide the app features you choose.
• Trip members may see shared content inside trips they belong to. Private documents and private reminders stay private unless you choose to share them.
• You are responsible for checking travel details, booking confirmations, flight times, visa rules, prices, and local requirements before you travel.

Third-Party Services

VayPath may connect to external services for maps, places, flight lookup, authentication, subscriptions, files, support, and links. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Service Changes

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of VayPath when needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active users.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VayPath is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by travel providers, third-party services, incorrect travel information, or decisions you make using the app.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as VayPath changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or by another reasonable method.
